NUE Conceal Inkless Serums: Regen + Bright
Procedure name: ISR — Inkless Scar Revision

What is ISR (Inkless Scar Revision)?

ISR (Inkless Scar Revision) is a cosmetic/paramedical treatment where we use a precise tattooing/microneedling-style technique to create controlled micro-channels in the skin and deliver active serums into the tissue — without adding pigment.
The goal is to help improve texture and/or tone so scars and stretch marks become less noticeable over time.

What products are used in ISR?

For ISR, I work with NUE Conceal Bright and Regen serums.
Depending on the scar tissue, we may also use other professional serums, including:

  • Sakine-based serums

  • Acid-based serums

  • Glycolic-based serums

Serum selection is customised — we choose the most suitable option based on the type of scar tissue, its texture, thickness, sensitivity, and pigment behaviour.

The key difference (the “who does what” part)
  • Nue Regen = texture repair
Helps improve the structure of the scar/stretch mark: unevenness, “broken” texture, firmness and elasticity.

  • Nue Bright = tone correction
Focuses on discolouration — helps reduce pigmentation in scars/stretch marks and supports a more even-looking tone.

Often they’re used together: Regen for texture + Bright for pigmentation.

What these treatments can help with
  • Stretch marks (including older, more “set” texture)

  • Scars where the goal is smoother texture and/or less visible colour contrast

(This is a paramedical treatment — results depend on your skin, scar type, and healing response.)

How the serum is delivered into the skin

During the treatment, we use a precision technique (similar to tattooing) to create controlled micro-channels and deliver the serum into the dermis / upper hypodermis, so it reaches the layers where it’s needed.

This controlled micro-trauma triggers the skin’s natural renewal process — supporting cell turnover and collagen production. Over time, this can help improve scar texture and support a more even-looking skin tone/pigmentation.

It’s also normal for scar tissue to respond quickly during the session: the area may swell slightly and look puffy — that’s a typical short-term reaction.

The treatment is not usually painful. Most clients describe it as a light scratch or prickling sensation.
