Scab-Free Healing Process

Dasha, with over a decade of experience in cosmetic and medical tattooing, has crafted a unique technique for applying cosmetic brow tattoos, resulting in a virtually scab-free healing process for most clients.

They describe the healing as very easy, requiring no specific maintenance and causing minimal discomfort.

Even for those with dry skin types, only very slight flaking might occur, and even that is usually not noticeable.

A belly button treatment, healing

Typically, the procedure is completed over 2–3 sessions, with each session lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

The tattoo will appear brighter than expected for the first few days, and the area may be slightly red or puffy for several hours after treatment. Within 4 to 5 days, flaking will occur as the skin begins to heal. Once healed, the pigment may initially appear very light — this is normal. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, the colour gradually settles and stabilizes in the skin.

After the first session, the tattoo may look patchy or too light, which is why a touch-up session is typically scheduled 4 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment. In most cases, the result looks great after two sessions. However, if you’d like the navel to appear darker, more defined, or slightly adjusted in shape, a third session can be arranged for additional refinement.

Can I get Belly Button Reconstruction Tattoo after surgery?
It's best to wait at least a few months before getting a Belly Button Reconstruction Tattoo. This allows your skin to heal completely after surgery, ensuring optimal results. The indicator that your skin has healed is the scar redness fading.
Is it painful?
You might be surprised! While everyone's pain tolerance varies, many people find that tattooing the stomach area feels more like a tickling/scratching sensation even than painful. To ensure your comfort, a strong medical-grade numbing cream can be applied to your skin before/during the session.
