Policy
THE STUDIO OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE.
ARRIVAL:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
No makeup on the day of the treatment, as we need to assess your skin tone. Extra time spent removing makeup means less time for treatment.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
LATENESS:
Please familiarize yourself with our location. If arriving 20 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being canceled and the deposit will be lost.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 24 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. The deposits/payments are non-refundable if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically lose your deposit.
NO SHOW:
-
If you are a no-show for your first treatment, your deposit will be forfeited.
-
If you are a no-show for your complimentary touch-up session, a $50 deposit will be required to schedule another session.
-
After two consecutive no-shows for your appointments, we reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship with you.
DEPOSIT:
A $50 Deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments.
This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
All deposits are non-refundable.
TOUCH-UPS:
Your touch-up appointment is complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session.
You can reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the treatment.
If you miss your follow-up appointment for ANY reason, there will be a rescheduling fee of $50.
*Being offered a free touch-up doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care of your new tattoo. If it’s clear you haven’t been trying to take care of your fresh cosmetic tattoo, a tattoo artist might not touch it up for you.
EXISTING TATTOOS:
We are selective when working over other tattoo artist’s work. If you have had your eyebrows/lips/eyeliner previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your tattoo for approval BEFORE your appointment booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
If you have received a gift voucher, this is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Credit can be transferred to another person but must be done in writing. The original expiry date still applies.
INSURANCE QUOTE POLICY
Do you need a quote for your insurance provider?
To obtain a quote, please book a consultation via our online booking system.
A formal document will be prepared by Dasha during your in-person consultation.
If you are unable to attend in person, Dasha will prepare the document during your scheduled online appointment and email it to you as a PDF.
Payment Options for Insurance-Covered Treatments
1. Upfront Payment by Insurance
An invoice will be issued for the scheduled treatment. Your insurance provider is expected to process the payment in advance.
If payment is not received by the appointment time, the session will be rescheduled.
-
If the session is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, your $50 deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
-
If the session is rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new $50 deposit will be required to rebook.
2. Client Payment with Reimbursement
You may pay for the treatment on the day of your session. An invoice will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
CLIENT BEHAVIOUR POLICY & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We strive to create a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if a client displays abusive, manipulative, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour. This includes persistent boundary-pushing, aggressive communication, or refusal to follow treatment guidelines.
Our goal is always to provide the best results possible in a supportive, collaborative setting. If that relationship becomes compromised, we may respectfully choose to end the professional relationship.
